Paid Time Off
|
Employees begin accruing PTO on their start date and are immediately eligible for up to 20 days of PTO per year.

401(k) Retirement Plan
|
401(k) Safe Harbor Retirement plan with up to 4 percent match. Discretionary contributions after one year of full-time service for employees over the age of 21.

We offer 2 different health insurance plan options, a PPO and an HDHP, through Wellmark. We also reimburse employees up to $1,000 per year for out-of-pocket expenses. |

We offer a comprehensive Vision Insurance plan that includes allowances for both glasses and contacts. |

We offer a comprehensive Dental Insurance plan through Delta Dental that includes orthodontic coverage. |

We provide all full-time employees with term life insurance and AD&D coverage equal to twice their annual salary. We also provide the option for employees to add dependent coverage ($10,000 spouse, $5,000 child) for less than $2 per paycheck.
