Join American Hospital Association and Kaiser Permanente (KP) has begun the journey to enculturate High Reliability Organization principles to decrease harm, with the challenge to reach the entire KP community who know little about HRO or its potential for improving staff engagement, decreasing patient and staff harm, and preventing financial and reputational loss.
